Neue App

We are pleased to announce you that a new app version (2.0.0) Android will be released the 03 May 2023.

For iOS the app version 2.0.0 will be available on the Appstore in 1-2 days. In the meantime, the old app is fully functional.

This is a huge step for us, so big that we decided to change the name of our app to “Zehus App”.

Also, our products carry new names to celebrate this big step into Zehus future:

• BIKE is becoming Halos, representing the light around sun and moon. The All in One brings energy to your biking.

• BIKE+ is becoming Horizon, representing the dynamic line that divides earth and sky. The All in One empowers you to reach this point

• Scooter is becoming Pulsus, representing the impulse of your legs while pushing. The All in One is here to amplify your “pulsus”

The new Zehus App contains the following features and improvements:

• New UX / UI to improve app usability

• New dark theme.

• General improvement of the app's stability and performance (e.g. connection speed).

• New statistics section to monitor AIO usage.

• New power modes management for Halos and Horizon.

• New Controller UX / UI. Please see the updated manual for further information.

Please note that the "Diagnostic Wizard" section is not available in the first release and will be added in a new revised version in the coming weeks.

I.              UPDATE ZEHUS APP

Zehus hat letzte Woche die neue App ZEHUS gelauncht. Somit ist die Bitride Connect obsolet.

Probleme, die KundInnen mit der neuen App haben können:

-       Kunde hat GEN1 Motor mit der uralt Bitride-My Bike: da gibt es keine Erneuerung. Wenn ein Kunde dh ein neues Android/Iphone hat, so kann es sein, dass die App sich nicht auf das Betriebssystem installieren lässt. Kunde hat die Option, gegen Aufpreis, auf GEN2 zu upgraden. Wenn sie sich dafür entscheiden, so geben wir den KundInnen eine gratis Fernbedienung.

-       Konnektivität: Standort muss erlaubt sein (bei Verwendung), damit es funktioniert. Sonst verbindet es nicht. Bluetooth muss auch an sein. Ladegerät sollte bei Erstverbindung/Registrierung am Motor angesteckt sein. Wenn es sich trotzdem nicht verbinden lässt, so sollte die Zehus vom Gerät gelöscht und neu aufgesetzt werden (bug fix).

-       Ladestand nicht akkurat – nur ein sehr grober Anhaltspunkt. Es kommt ein neues Update, bei dem die Anzeige des Akkus auf der App genauer sein wird.

-       Fehlende Information, dass es die neue App gibt: Bei den meisten Handys wird die App automatisch erscheinen. Weiters wurden die Händler von VELLO darüber informiert (mit der Bitte die EndkundInnen darüber in Kenntnis zu setzen). UPDATE :

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you that a new software update for the Zehus App (version 2.2.0) will be available until the end of calendar week 30 / beginning of week 31.

This version includes:

• a new menu "Fix it" in the Help Section with the following functions:

  • Physical Damage and Repair: link to Zehus Help Center to allow the customer to make a claim and share it directly with Zehus Support Team.  

  • Performance: it includes the "System check" to diagnose the engine and transmit the data to the Zehus support team. The customer has the option of providing further information on the problem description in a separate text field. 

• the possibility to delete the account directly through the app. This function is available in the account details (in edit mode).

- iOS

We kindly ask you to inform your customers in advance and to use, if necessary, the “System check” function in the future for inquiries to the support team.

bisher in keiner Zehus Beschreibung erwähnt - gelber Ring Bedeutung

1. Motor ist überhitzt (längere Steigung, längere Fahrt im Turbo Modus bei hohen Temperaturen) - bei Gelbem Ring nimmt er Leistung raus (bis zu gar keiner Unterstützung) bis wieder abgekühlt ist. Es kann normal weitergefahren werden - Ringe färben sich dann wieder grün oder blau

2: Wenn der Ring permanent gelb bleibt bitte über die FixIt Funktion eine Diagnose starten. (Profil - Hilfe - Fix it - Motor/Fahrzeug auswählen)
