I believe we can pinpoint the issue: it seems like the antirotation washer is broken.
It is an easy fix, though would require a 17’ key and the antirotation washer itself. Any retailer would have such a key, though not the antirotation washer. We could send you the tools to the address you wish, to you in person or to a retailer (please let me know).
Here below the instructions on how to change the antirotation washer.
1. Open the closing nut on the side of the motor using the 17’ key.
2. Remove nut and the underlaying broken antirotation washer
3. Make sure the round side of the antirotation washer faces towards the motor, the flat side on the outside.
4. Place antirotation washer and then close the nut (40Nm) with the key
